Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
We are filling positions that each involve a blend of capabilities. We seek a mix of traditional I-O psychology skills with expertise in one or more advanced technologies (Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Data Management and Analytics). Primary responsibilities of these positions include architecting and building talent management systems by combining I-O psychology principles with advanced data science to transform how organizations understand, assess, and develop talent. Senior Data Scientists use machine learning, predictive analytics, and AI to solve complex workforce challenges while maintaining rigor rooted in the science of I-O psychology and sound assessment practices. This role combines technical expertise with consulting excellence to deliver next-generation talent management solutions that drive impact for our clients.
Key focus areas include:
1) developing AI-powered assessment platforms and predictive talent models, 2) creating advanced people analytics dashboards and decision-support tools, 3) conducting sophisticated statistical analyses using machine learning and natural language processing, 4) translating requirements and operationalizing work flow between consultants and engineering staff, and 5) shaping complex data insights into actionable business strategies for business leaders and executives.

Requirements
Candidate Profile:
Minimum Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 2-5+ years of experience applying advanced analytics to talent management challenges
- Expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and statistical programming (e.g., Python/R)
- Experience with cloud-based AI, analytics, and data visualization tools
- Background in psychometric principles and assessment methodology
- Experience with product lifecycle management, including managing the interface between field consultants and engineering staff
Preferred Qualifications
- Ph.D. in I/O Psychology with 2-10+ years of experience in people analytics
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks
- Expertise in natural language processing and text analytics
- Experience with data and AI platforms (Snowflake, Databricks) and familiarity with large-scale data architecture and ETL processes
- Conducted research in data science applications to workforce analytics
- Consulting experience
Desired Technical Skills
- Programming: Python, R, SQL
- Machine Learning: Supervised/unsupervised learning, deep learning, ensemble methods
- Analytics Platforms: AWS/Azure ML, Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau/Power BI
- Specialized Tools: Psychometric software and survey platforms
- Statistical Methods: Advanced regression, time-series analysis, causal inference, experimental design
