Company Overview
I/O Solutions (IOS) designs tests and assessments that organizations use to hire and promote individuals. While our tests are used in numerous industries, we specialize in fire service, law enforcement, and corrections hiring and promotion.
Our mission is to help our clients find the individuals who will protect their community. We accomplish this by focusing on three important facets of selection: the variety of dimensions required for success in the jobs, the use of tools that promote cultural, racial and gender diversity, and the legal defensibility of the exams and assessments we develop.
